Snail Mail - no stamping card #loveitchopit

I did it again....another piece of the super cute Snail Mail DSP has been chopped with lots of love, I can't get enough of this suite. This card is made just using DSP and Cardstock - no stamping.  I use the die cut in the bundle to cut the sentiment from the DSP, and cut the toadstools from the DSP too (I'm lucky to have an electronic cutter, but you could also fussy cut too). I didn't add any bling, but have added interest by layering the toadstools with a mixture of Dimensionals and Glue Dots to give different heights so the card isn't just flat. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. You've Got Mail #loveitchopit

Surprise! I cut into some DSP today, and I won't lie, it was hard but once I made the connection between the dies and the DSP I did it no problems at all, yay! The bundle has a mixture of sentments and images, and there are a range of dies both to cut some of the stamped images, and also complimentary dies with a "stamp" theme, that's where I made the connection to the DSP and my mojo kicked in. I fell for this super cute bundle and matching DSP the moment I saw it in the Mini Catalogue, but it has taken me til now to "do the chop". Admit-ably I've not cut into the super cute snail & toadstool images yet, but I am working up to it - and it WILL happen so stay tuned. They are too cute not to share, and oh, one of the snail dies matches to the DSP image, so easy peasy, no fussy cutting required for that image if its not your thing. Thinking of You with Flowering Vine Dies

Keeping things simple is something that I struggle with at times, but when a gorgeous die cut does all the work for you, it's a lot easier not to get carried away with adding elements. The Flowering Vine Dies are part of the Vine Design Bundle, it includes 3 large inticate dies that can be the "hero" of your card, I've used the rectangle die on this project. I decided to just use black and white for this design, adding the sentiment from the Vine Design Stamp set - I don't think I can make it any simpler than that! Thinking of You with A Touch of Ink

Hello, I'm back with another creation using the Sale-A-Bration stamp set  A Touch of Ink . The set comes with "outline stamps" and then what I call "filler stamps" for the body of the image - I used sponge daubers to blend Blushing Bride, Crumb Cake and a dash of Soft Suede for the bird, and Highand Heather and Pear Pizzazz for the flowers. This set was a must have for me as soon as I laid eyes on it, and it has not disappointed. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Ombre with Vine Design

Some days I just feel the need for pink, today is one of them.  I broke open a new stamp set.... Vine Design, it already had my interest before I saw the name, then there was no question, I just had to purchase. I decided to create an ombre effect using Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo and Poppy Parade. I started by stamping flowers in just one of the 3 colours, then did blending on the largest to bring the colours together as the eye goes down the card. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project.
