Miss Pinks Craft Spot

Hello everyone, it's a new month, so that means it's time for the Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, our creations feature Pebbled Path, Boho Blue and Misty Moonlight. I decided to utilise a design from the Countryside Inn DSP to capture the blues, and added contrast to the floral with stripes of Pebbled Path to the edge of the card. The flowers are stamped with Boho Blue using one of my favourite sets, Two-Tone Flora . Combined with elements from Darling Details and the sentiment from Love For You completed my design. I thin this combination of colours would look fabulous with just a hint of pink too - I was so tempted to add just a highlight of Bubble Bath, but I resisted and finished with the Rhinestones. Surprise! I received my pre-order and the first thing I just had to do was try out Bubble Bath , the NEW PINK, and it may even become my new favourite pink, we will see....... I really wanted the card to showcase Bubble Bath, so bubble bath = bubbles = circles, so after cutting the Spots & Dots background I grabbed the OnLine Exclusive Radiating Stiches Dies and and cut more circles - adding a touch of Bubble Bath ink with a Blending Brush to give a subtle change in intensity here and there. The sentiment is cut from the Love For You dies, don't you just love the layering around the letters? there is one more layer in the set, but I left my design with jus the one for today. I'd love to hear what you think of the new Pink, I think it will fit in perfectly with my "go to" colour palette.
