All Star Design Team - Rock & Roll!

Hello crafters, a new month, means a new bundle from the All Star Design Team. This month we are showcasing the  Rock & Roll suite  from the Mini Catalogue. The All Star Design Team not only design a Tutorial Project that’s exclusive but we also each design an additional project to share here for further inspiration. I've used different Designer Series Paper and stamping compared to my tutorial - what I love most about this DSP is that it is Black & White, lots of designs to add a feature POP to your cards, or like I have hear be the back ground to your design. I silver embossed the microphone for extra detail and added strips of colour before mounting my card front. I added the sentiment to the inside of the card, and carried the stripes theme through too. And here's something you probably don't know - I own a guitar! Color Fusers Blog Hop March 2024

It's a new month, so that means it's time for the Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, our creations feature Pool Party, Lost Lagoon and the soon to be retiring Sweet Sorbet! Mmmmm sorbet, I will admit the thought did cross my mind to have an Ice Cream when is saw the colour combo for this month, it's been a week where the temperature reached 40 degrees (or 104 Fahrenheit), thankfully it is cooler today - I've been out in the garden trying to keep my plants alive and this morning noticed some flowers on my hanging geraniums..... there was my inspiration for today's design! With a cooling Lost Lagoon DSP background layer prepared I White heat embossed flowers and leaves, (all from the Irresistible Blooms suite) then added colour with a Aqua Painter - Sweet Sorbet flowers and Pool Party leaves. I dressed up the edge of the card front using an Elegant Border Die and a strip of cardstock the I embossed straight lines using my score board. I used a sentiment from t
