My note card measures 9.9 x 9.9 cm, the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies created the perfect back drop for my cupcake. I just had to add Wink of Stella on the icing, it looks so good you just want to eat it! and how beautiful is the Pool Party Satin Ribbon , I love the touch of shimmer and shine it adds to the card.
