Here's to Cheers | #WWYS96

Welcome to What Will You Stamp? this week the challenge set is to create a project using the Here's to Cheers set - did you know it also coordinates beautifully with the Cheerful Tags Thinlets     I have had lots of fun creating projects with this set leading up to Christmas, here is my latest project using the set to create a lovely label for a "biscuit in a Jar" gift Whilst my projects have been Christmas themed, I can see myself using this set way past Christmas - I love the little "swirly" accents in the set - they dress up a simple stamped sentiment beautifully, see the corners of the tag below: J ust think of the possibilities with this set, these swirls add such a special touch to a project and could so easily be used with many other stamp sets.  Here is another project I whipped up on Christmas Eve using this set To see all the great projects from the Design Team and to participate in this weeks challenge at What Will...

Christmas Pines | #WWYS94

Christmas is another week closer! I've been working on some gifts for work colleagues using this weeks feature set - Christmas Pines,  this set also comes with coordinating framelits as a Bundle I found some lovely little candle jars when shopping a week or so ago, and thought they would make a great gift, here's what I've come up with: I used a Cheerful Tags Framelit  to cut the base of the tag, the circle fitted perfectly on the top of the candle jar - it was meant to be! Next I created my sentiments, and layered them on some bling to make them pop, here's a trick I use to make it easy to attach card when using glitter paper: By cutting the centre out it made it really easy to add a dimensional to the cardstock base to the sentiment :) Then I created an arrangement of pine cones and fir branches using the coordinating die cuts - how awesome are these! A little Baker's Twine  with a Mini Jingle Bell  and my ...
