Crazy Crafters Blog Hop | Special Guest Susan Wong

Welcome to another Crazy Crafters Special Guest Blog Hops. Susan Wong from New Zealand is joining us today and we've all selected a project to CASE (Copy & Selectively Edit). You can see all Susan's amazing work at her blog Stamping Susan When I think of Susan, the first thing that comes to mind is her amazing memory keeping projects, she is such an inspiration, whether it be pocket pages or 12 x 12's.  Here are just a couple of Susan's projects that have inspired me: So, inspired to create my own 12 x 12, I searched for photos on my computer - now that is an achievement in itself, connecting to our home network and shared photos, I think I need an IT degree some days! Once the folders were located I found so many memories I had forgotten about, I decided to theme my project on a wonderful family day at Mt Lofty last autumn Creating my own falling leave using the Colorful Season stamp set and co-coordinating Seasonal Layers Thinlet dies

Mini Frame using Card Front Builder Thinlets

I love using layers, and I love decorative thinlets - so I just love the new Card Front Builder framelits !  How amazing do these layers look with the decorative die cut frame.  The sentiment from Carols of Christmas is a perfect companion for the Be Merry Designer Series Paper I love the design so much I created a second card swapping Cherry Cobbler for Garden Green - just one of the things I love about Stampin' Up! is how the DSP colours co-ordinate with the inks Want this stamp set for FREE?  You can, during July w hen you join my Stampin’ Up! team, you can select your choice of $235 of product for just $169 – that’s a great deal in itself, but it gets even better this July -  you ALSO receive a great bundle of stamping essentials (two D blocks, Grid Paper, Paper Snips, SNAIL Adhesive and a Bone Folder) plus The Carols of Christmas stamp set all for FREE .  All this for only $169, What a deal!  If you’d like to join today, CLICK HERE .

Christmas in July with decorations from Carols of Christmas

I don't know about you, but I always get a good feeling when I am organised and ahead of time, a real sense of accomplishment - it's so much nicer than rushing around at the last minute or even worse missing or forgetting an event.  With that in mind I've done a little more Christmas "pre-work", making this silver embossed card The baubles are stamped with from the soon to be released Carols of Christmas stamp set, aren't they just gorgeous! I was tempted to add some colour and even a silver layer, but kept to Whisper White and are so pleased with the result. One of the great things about being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is that we get to see the new catalogue before it’s released to customers – AND we get to order a month in advance, too!   When you join my Stampin’ Up! team, you can select your choice of $235 of product for just $169 – that’s a great deal in itself, but it gets even better this July -  you ALSO receive a great bundle
