Irresistible Biggest Wish

Hello crafters! Have you ever had a vision when you have first seen a stamp or die set? I had one when I saw the Irresistible Blooms Dies ,  I saw the dots and lines die and thought, that would look amazing with some bling in the dots! With my vision intact when I got my order I set about to make it come to life, using coordinating Loose Frosted Dots would be a perfect source for bling. I started by stamping the sentiment from the Biggest Wish stamp set, then die cut two of the "dots & lines", snipping them to fit around the sentiment and adding the Frosted Dots - it was a bit fiddly, but I think you will agree it was worth the effort. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and helps to keep my blog and YouTube channel running

Deckled Irresitible Blooms

Hello crafty friends, have you seen the Online Exclusives? Well here is just one of the online exclusive products - I've used various items from the " Hello, Irresistible Suite Collection " for my card to show you today, you can purchase the entire suite,or just pick individual items. At first glance it looks like the flowers have been white embossed on a gorgeous watercolour look back ground, but no, the focal image of the card is Designer Series Paper!  Don't you just love how the DSP does most of the work for you!   I used a Deckled Rectangle Die to cut the diagonal edge of the Basic White cardstock to frame the DSP before sponge daubers to apply a mix of Petal Pink, Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flaming the sentiment, then added some Loose Frosted Dots to finish - super easy and stunning to boot! Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click o

Hanging out with Love Cats

Hello to a new week, it's a public holiday in Adelaide today so after a bit of a late night with friends last night I had a bit of a sleep in and then ventured into the crafting studio and made this card - inspired from catching up with friends we hadn't seen for a while, it's amazing how fast time flies by! I kept things simple with  a black and white with just a hint of Polished Pink, adding small hearts from Country Bouquet and freehand dots to join the images and sentiment from the Love Cats stamp set. To finish I added some Basic Rhinestones - I also stamped the small hearts on the inside of the card ......and forgot to take a photo - maybe I did need some more sleep after all! Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and hel

Color Fusers Blog Hop March 2023

It's time for this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, our colors include Blushing Bride, Soft Sea Foam and Mint Macaron - straight away I thought of flowers, and decided to use the  Two-Tone Flora stamp set . For the flowers I've used a mix of first and second generation stamping along with Copper Embossing which I think is the perfect accompaniment to Blushing Bride, then die cut an arranged along the edge of the of the card front with the Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam foliage. You can really see the Copper Embossing shine in the above photo, with the Blushing Bride it I think looks like Rose Gold! I added a thin strip of Soft Sea Foam under the arrangement then adhered to the card base, adding the sentiment from the  Something Fancy stamp set  before finishing with some Brushed Metallic Dots .
