Stampin' Dreams...... now for Something Different - Christmas Tree Ornaments!

Welcome to the monthly Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. This month's theme is "something Different". You are currently visiting Sue Vine from Adelaide, Australia. I stepped outside the square of card making today and created some fun Tree Ornaments.

These were super fun to make - the Season Chums images were the perfect size for the small baubles I found in my local Spotlight store. Once stamped I used the die cuts, then trimmed off the little tag section, then it was fun time - colouring! I used Fast Fuse to hold the tag together, then onto the next step!

The real fun started, mixing Embossing Paste with Dazzling Diamonds to create the snow, then carefully putting a layer into the bottom of the bauble, taking care to keep the application the same on each side, then some extra glitter into one side of the bauble to shake around after it is joined - you can't have to much glitter can you, lol!

I carefully laid the bottom of the die cut into the embossing paste, then closed the bauble - the embossing paste connected beautifully - woot!  Lastly I added a bow for decoration and metallic thread to hang onto the tree.

My photo's don't do these justice, I didn't count on any reflection showing up in the bauble. They look so stinkin' cute in the glittery snow in real life!

I hope the projects you've seen here on my blog today have inspired you & brightened your day. You are currently visiting Sue Vine - Miss Pinks Craftspot. Please see the list below & hop through all of the people on the list to see all our projects. You don't want to miss any!"

Hand-Penned Thanks

Hello crafty friends, todays card is for Kylie's Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop, our  Blog Hop Theme: Thank you This month I will be treating my customers with a thank you card featuring the Hand-Penned Suite.  Below is one of the Thank You cards you may receive when shopping with me this month - May 2021. This is one of my "go to" layouts when using DSP, and dressed up with the gorgeous scalloped edge die it has wow and comes together in a jiffy. After stamping the sentiment (I wish I could write like this) all that is left to do is  adhering scalloped edged card fronts by popping them up on dimensionals, then a touch of bling with rhinestones. So if live in Australia, and would like to receive a Hand Penned Thank You card from Sue Vine - simply place an order with me this month! Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Continue through the list below of fellow demonstrators who are all working on building our businesses and having fun

Art Gallery Painted Texture - All Star Tutorial Blog Hop Jan 2021

Hello and welcome to my first post for the year, and also to join me with the new All Star Tutorial Design Team Blog Hop. I've fallen in love with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder, so I've made a card for today featuring this as well as the images and die cuts from the Art Gallery Bundle. The flowers are a 2 stamp process, I've used Petal Pink with Calypso Coral (stamped off once).  I stamped the base image twice and trimmed the flowers off so as to get the Soft Sea Foam leaves. Lastly I added a touch of bling with Champagne Rhinestones.  Be sure to continue through the list below to see more creations from the Flowers for Every Season Suite from the design team: Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Sand & Sea All Star Tutorial Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to this months All Star Tutorial Design Team Blog Hop featuring the Sand & Sea suite. I had so much fun creating my tutorial card, I used the same background technique for this card - you will never get any 2 cards identical, so if you like something that is unique, this may be for you to try.  I didn't use the embossing folder for today's card, just the single die cut to get my 3 seafloor elements. I first stamped them, then coloured with Stampin' Blends. Love You Always - All Star Tutorial Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the All Star Tutorial Design Team Blog Hop featuring this month's suite - Love you Always. For today's card I've let the True Love Designer Series Paper do most of the work. After cutting the flowers, I added a light touch of colour with Blushing Bride and Soft Sea Foam then positioned under the double banner - I love how this banner has the indentations for folding to make it look more 3D. Lastly I added a touch of bling with Blushing Bride Metallic Ribon and Champagne Rhinestones.  Be sure to continue through the list below to see more creations from the Love You Always Suite from the design team: Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Sending Smiles with Butterfly Bouquet

One of the fantastic things about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is that we get early access to catalogue items - just the Butterfly Bouquet Collection!  This means that we can show you our wonderful projects on the day that it released to customers.... TODAY! Isn't it just gorgeous, talk about want it all...... uhh, yes! I reframed from using DSP today and have focused on the beautiful die cuts. The set comes with both outline and detailed dies, so it's entirely up to you as to what you want to use, surprise, I couldn't choose, so stamped a couple of the smaller images to combine with a large diecut. I used blending brushes with Highland Heather and Seaside Spray, with the sentiment (from Many Messages) and butterfly detail stamped with Gray Granite. The background is courtesy of the Painted Texture 3D Embossing folder. Be sure to continue through the blog hop for more inspiration from Butterfly Bouquet.
