Carols of Christmas meets the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch

I love making the most of a promotion or sale don't you!  The early release of the Carols of Christmas stamp set and Card Front Builder framelits has kick started my preparations for Christmas, here is another project I have created:

I dressed up the side of the card by using the Decorative Ribbon Border punch, and popped a strip of gold ribbon along the edge of the Be Merry DSP, such a lovely effect with the gold embossed sentiment. Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive with a touch of gold, I love this colour combination for Christmas

Want to make an early start on Christmas, why not grab this amazing Carols of Christmas bundle today.

  1. Very pretty card, we do forget about using those border punches and they make a nice addition to a card like sparkles.

    1. Thanks Shirley, I try to keep my embellishments in plain sight so that I can use them, otherwise it can be out of sight, out of mind

  2. Great use of the border punch. Pretty card!
