Hey there crafters, I have a different take on my "go to" design for using DSP, I think you will like it.
I had some scraps of Awash in Beauty DSP left from another project, I die cut 3 small Stylish Shapes squares and added a Balmy Blue mat to create a thin border. Here's where things get a bit different, I cut a 3cm strip of Basic White cardstock and overlaid a layer of Metallic Mesh Ribbon, then mounted on a 3.5cm strip of Rich Razzleberry. Then I added the DSP squares - TIP: to get good adhesion between the metallic mesh and the 2 layers of cardstock I placed 2 large stamping block on top for 3-5 minutes.
While the glue was drying I die cut the scalloped edge using the border die from the Scalloped Contour Dies, then stamped the sentiment from the Flower Flowers stamp set (retiring soon).
All that's left to do is add the strip with the DSP squares to the card front, I also added some Basic Rhinestone Jewels for a little extra bling.
Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.
I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and helps to keep my blog and YouTube channel running. If you live in Australia and don't already have a Demonstrator I'd love to be yours.
