Butterfly Basics | MM422

Welcome crafters, today I have given my Butterfly Basics stamp set another work out!

 

The inspiration for the layout is from this weeks challenge at Mojo Monday

Colour Combo
Todays card features the Rich Razzleberry, Blushing Bride and Wild Wasabi on Very Vanilla .

Techniques

I have double stamped the centre piece using the Stamp-a-ma-jig with Blushing Bride then Rich Razzleberry stamped of once so that it would blend rather than overpower.  I stamped of the ferns too.

I finally decided on sponging for the square layer, using Blushing Bride then edging with Rich Razzleberry. I also layered the "stripe" for a little more depth.  the Birthday sentiment is from Petite Pairs.

Below is the inside of the finished card, repeating the stamping off technique.
