Sweet Strawberry for #GDP278

I'm preparing for a hot one today (36°C, with it being even warmer tomorrow), so I have the doors and windows open before the heat sets in, I can hear lots of birds chirping - such a nice sound. That gave me inspiration to use my newly delivered Sweet Strawberry bundle, and join the Global Design Sketch Challenge : I also took advantage of the Sale-A-Bration offer and got the Berry Blessing Stamp set + Berry Delightful DSP, and I've used the DSP as the feature in my design today. To stamp the images, I did the "line" , then filled with second generation stamping using the "fill" stamp, this gave lovely tones on the strawberries. I punched out the images, then double embossed the matt layer with the Subtle Embossing Folder (turning 90 degrees after the first embossing) to create a linen like finish, then added a strip of the Berry Delightful DSP, lastly adding a little bling with a linen bow and some Gold Glitter Enamel Dots. Thanks for visiting today, I hope...

Wreath Builder Monochromatic Red Hot Love

Hello and welcome to this months Blogging Friends Hop, our theme this month..... "Red Hot Love Monochromatic" style! I've made a "no Ink" card, using repeat die cuts in Poppy Parade, Real Red & Cherry Cobbler for my design: How cute is the heart die from the Wreath Builder set!!!!  For texture and interest I added die cut squares embossed with Woodgrain. I could have left this at that, but decided to add a bow for a touch of bling. Love You Always - All Star Tutorial Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the All Star Tutorial Design Team Blog Hop featuring this month's suite - Love you Always. For today's card I've let the True Love Designer Series Paper do most of the work. After cutting the flowers, I added a light touch of colour with Blushing Bride and Soft Sea Foam then positioned under the double banner - I love how this banner has the indentations for folding to make it look more 3D. Lastly I added a touch of bling with Blushing Bride Metallic Ribon and Champagne Rhinestones.  Be sure to continue through the list below to see more creations from the Love You Always Suite from the design team: Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project.
