Pretty and Powder Pink today! I love pink, and Powder Pink is the perfect accompaniment for the gorgeous Petal Promenade Designer Series paper. The beautiful photographed flowers in this design made me think of my garden wedding, so I created a wedding card! I used the Subtle Embossing folder to create texture and interest to the card front, whilst still not detracting from the beautiful flowers. Next I silver embossed the sentiment from Beautiful Bouquet, then added a strip of mini ruffled ribbon to the lower edge of the top panel - I mounte d the panels above the DSP using dimensionals, and then I carefully added a bow with Silver Bakers Twine . The weekend is here again, time to get back in the craft room and get creative with yes, NEW TOYS!  I received my Stamparatus delivery earlier in the week along with my Sale-A-Bration freebie - Blossoming Basket Bundle, I am in love with stamp set and embossing folder, here is what I created I really needed this therapy after my 9-5 work week, once I started colouring with my Stampin' Blends things felt so much better!  I love the clean fine lines and detail of this stamp, here's a close up I chose a combination of Light and Dark Pool Party for the main flowers, Light Old Olive, and dash of Light Rich Razzleberry with Pink Pirouette on the small flowers. The basket is Light and Dark Crumb Cake with a touch of Bronze here and her for depth. I was out of Copper Foil, so improvised and used Copper Embossing powder on the Cake Stand die cuts, they turned out amazing, and I love how you can manipulate the Copper Trim - so easy to get your bow perfect (and I can be a little bow challenged at times). Welcome to this weeks with What Will You Stamp? This week the set we are sharing creations using Beautiful Bouquet, from page   92 of the Annual Catalogue. This lovely set also has coordinating framelits, making it a dream to create beautiful arrangements of flowers if fussy cutting isn't your thing. The stamp set contains 37 images, so you can mix and match the sizes of flowers as well as the centre stamping to give projects a different look, as well as a wide variety of sentiments, suitable for many occasions. I used the Bouquet Bunch framelits to cut my flowers as well as the foliage in this arrangement, and layered using dimensionals to give lift and a 3D feel to the finished card.
