How quick the weeks go by, it's that time again, a new tutorial and the Design Team Blog Hop!   Have you tried the DistINKtive Stamp sets? They are just beautiful, the detail is amazing, creating a 3D feel to your stamping. Today I've created a non traditional Pink themed Christmas project using one of these sets. How gorgeous is the Iridescent Wreath? When I saw it, I'm sure it ask me to just add Melon Mambo, so I did! The detailed Stitched Label Framelit worked a treat with my design I decided to mount on a Silver Foil edged card. Wishing You Well stamp set has a number of images and sentiments, the delicate font pairs wonderfully with the detailed stamping. I've stamped the "bunch" 3 times, masking using a postit note over the lower stems so they didn't poke out through to the other side of the card.  I ever so slightly offset the Melon Mambo die cut to make the Whisper White stitched labels die pop.  Lastly I added so...

I'm on a roll with the All is Bright DSP, today I'm combining it with the DistINKtive Wishing You Well stamp set. I always knew I wanted to put Red Rhinestones on this DistINKtive wreath, and it is even better than I imaged when paired with the All is Bright DSP, just love those little Christmas lights poking through. I've used Gold Foil-Edged Cards & Envelopes for the base of the project, after all they just make it so easy to add a touch of bling, and yes I do love a bit of bling!  The wreath and sentiment are stamped with Garden Green, then I wound Gold Metallic thread around the Very Vanilla layer and tied a bow, then mounted on a piece of cardstock I'd embossed with the Corrugated embossing folder, lastly applying the Red Rhinestones for a little more bling. Happy hump day! I've was able to get a mid-week creation happening (much to my surprise), and it's just perfect for this weeks Just Add Ink Challenge - JustAddTexture I love embossing folders, so it was a "no brainer" to use the Layered Leaves Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to "JustAddTexture" See that gorgeous detailed image, its a new  DistINKtive stamp set called  Wishing You Well , available today from the Holiday Catalogue. I paired Soft Sea Foam, with second generation Calypso Coral (stamped off once before stamping on the card), then added the copper embossed sentiment, and for my touch of bling added a Copper Metallic Thread - a quick and simple card to create!
