Goodbye Paisleys & Posies

It's not long now before Paisley & Posies is retiring, so I thought I would send it off with a bang and share some of the wonderful projects that have created with this set and coordinating framelits I adore everything about the matching card and candle by Paula Dobson, the colour comination, the layout, and well, I am a sucker for a 3D project, so she had me at "candle" hahah! Oh the layers and the layout of Susy Stamps card is just devine! And how about this wreath by Melanie Coverston! GORGEOUS! Paisleys & Posies | #WWYS90

Welcome back to What Will You Stamp, this week we have been playing with Paisley's & Posies - such a fun set! I tried to resist this set, but when I starting see all the lovely creations made with it I gave in, I am so glad I did, it's even better in real life!  The stamps have so such detail, I particularly like embossing the stamped image and then water colouring. I've used the gorgeous Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder  for my paisley image, and also embossed the edge of a piece card stock for my copper layer, and do you see that lovely stitching - that is the new Stitched Shapes Framelits , I so love the detail that they add to your project. Not only is it a lovely set, it can be purchased as a Bundle  with the Paisley Framelits, the framelits are fabulous. My favorite is the leaf die cut above that perfectly compliments the stamp set. To see all the great projects from the Design Team and to participate in this weeks challenge at What Will Y...

I couldn't pass up the Colour Challenge this week at the Global Design Project ,  likewise with the awesome sketch at Freshly Made Sketches Challenges are such a good may to open you mind to create, they can can also give you the gentle push step outside your comfort zone, whether it be with colour or layout - both of these challenges grabbed my eye, I adore the colour combination, and love layering so I was in my element! I changed the layout a tad, moving the banner element to the side so that the lovely paisley flowers could feature vertically, I combined 2 stamps to create the feature with the lovely sentiment from the Paisleys & Posies Bundle I decided to use Copper Stampin' Emboss Powder  for my stamping, how amazi...
