Last days to get your hands on the Snowflake Showcase!

How quick has November gone, I can't believe that December is almost here, which means there is only a few days left to purchase any of the items form the Snowflake Showcase promotion. I've used my favourites for this project, the Snow is Glistening Stamp Set and the GORGEOUS Snowfall Thinlets I'm feeling under the weather today, so I reached to the sample in the below flyer and gained inspiration. I used warm instead of cool colours for this snowflake themed project - different to the norm for me as I would normally opt for blues and purples, but adore the finished project, especially the touch of gold, so simple with the Gold Foil edged cards and envelopes. Stamp sets & Framelits:  Snow is Glistening  stamp set &  Snowfall Thinlets  (see the entire suite below) Ink:   So Saffron,  Flirty Flamingo,  Highland Heather,  Soft Sea Foam, VersaMark, Gold Embossing Powder Cardstock :   Gold Foil-Edged Cards ...

Merry Christmas to All | Eclipse technique

Welcome to this months Ink it! Stamp it! Christmas themed hop - I'm sure you are going to be inspired with some amazing creations from the team. The next step is to place a Costal Cabana die cut back into the card, then position your "little bits" back in to the card base, then layer the other Coastal Cabana die cuts on top of each other and finish by placing the white die cut from the ...

Swirls with Snowflake Showcase

I adore flourishes, swirls, curls and snowflakes, so when I saw the Snowflake Snowflake promotion purchasing the Snowfall Thinlets was a must as there is a die that combines all these! I think it took me longer to choose my colour combination, that to create this card, I usually gravitate to cool colours for snowflake themed cards, but decided to create this with a warmer feel. After cutting the swirly snowflake flourish, I stamped the sentiment and gold embossed, then added the background stamping in  So Saffron,  Flirty Flamingo,  Highland Heather &  Soft Sea Foam, finishing by adding a warm glow behind the die cut by sponging So Saffron, then popping the die cut on using mini dimensionals.  Using the Foil edged card gives a touch of elegance with no work at all!
