It's been a busy few weeks, with birthdays and earlier this week my wedding anniversary. Twelve wonderful years since we tied the knot, I surprised hubby with this creation The cute hedgehogs are just so adorable, but needed some hearts - Takeout Treats to the rescue! A great way you can spruce up your backgrounds is by using small stamps to create more interest, stamping hearts with Poppy Parade on the Poppy Parade base was just perfect for this anniversary card. The sentiment is also from Takeout Treats, its a fabulous set that you can use for some many creations. Welcome to another week of What Will You stamp? , this week we are showcasing the Takeout Treats stamp set The stamp set also comes with coordinating In the Takeout Thinlets (currently you can bundle and save 10%) which have a stinking cute mini treat box (a great alternative to the retired Curvy Keepsakes box), I just had to have the bundle for that very reason! I was super tempted to make a Halloween Treat box, but I decided to go with a wreath of stars instead - I know, nothing like Halloween or a treat box! I stamped the sentiment on a large circle, then stamped a heap of stars in Real Read and Call Me Clover and then cut them with the coordinating die, then layered the stars around the edge of the circle - using a circle as a guide for any free-hand wreath makes it so much easier.  I splattered a little Vegas Gold Shimmer paint mixed with water on my card base, adhered the wreath lastly added some Metallic Pearls. My daughter came up with a wonderful idea for a sweet treat for her daddy on Father's Day, so it was into the kitchen this morning to melt some chocolate and create! These treats looked so good I just had to dress them up - the answer was simple, and courtesy of the Takeout Treats Bundle (pg 50 in the Holiday Catalogue).  The heart stamp was perfect (after all we both love daddy) and it has a matching sentiment too, so quick and easy!
