Miss Pinks Craft Spot

After a quiet day I hit my studio for some late night crafting, isn't it odd what time inspiration can strike! I looked through my retiring items and just had to use my Framed Florets bundle - I adore the heart edged oval die, and the stamped images, continuing the retiring theme with Polished Pink, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. The background uses a design from the Artistic Mix Decorative Masks , I'm glad these are continuing into the new catalogue and are already eyeing of the the new pack as the designs are gorgeous! Rather than use a sentiment from Framed Florets I chose the bold yet stunning font from the Simply Fabulous stamp set   - sadly retiring too. You can check out all the retiring items in my online store HERE , remember items are available only while stocks last - some items have already sold out, so don't hesitate, grab yours while you still can. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tip...

It's school holidays and the weekend, so with my daughter at grandma's it was the perfect time to get into the studio and get creating. A new order of goodies arrived earlier in the week, so perfect timing! I had the Best Butterflies bundle and co-ordinating Butterfly Kisses 6 x 6 DSP in my sights, as well as the Simply Fabulous stamp set. The colours in the Butterfly Kisses DSP are so sweet, I just had to cut in the DSP. I decided on a Slimline design so I could use the full length of the paper, overlaying the strips with a gorgeous floral print, there were lots of possibilities for the combination of the DSP, I finally decided on a combination of Fresh Freesia, Poppy Parade and Parakeet Party. I adore the font on the Simply Fabulous stamp set, and decided on the "just saying Hello" sentiment which I White heat embossed, then cut a cute butterfly with the dies and mounted on a circle to make it pop above the DSP. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed vie...
