I've cut into Under The Mistletoe Designer Series Paper for today Christmas in July themed card - this paper has beautiful traditional greens and reds for your early Holiday preparations. I chose a quite heavily patterned design for my project, I wasn't sure if it would be too busy, but paired with die cut frames from Blended seasons it has come up a treat! The Stitched Seasons Framelits are just amazing, they leave a stitched impression on both sides of the cut, so you can use both the positive and negative cuts, and when you cut using 2 framelits you have the gorgeous effect that you can see on today's card. The DSP and the centre panel are adhered direct to the card base, and the white frame is popped up on mini dimensionals, the added height really made a difference to the look of the card compared to when I had it laying flat. Being a Christmas theme, I couldn't resist breaking out the Gold emboss powder for the Blended Seasons ...
