Welcome to today's Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with speical guest Lisa Curcio from the USA. Our task was to CASE (copy and selectively edit) one of Lisa's creations - just what I need as I have been having crafters block, so off to Lisa's Stamp Studio I went, and I soon found my inspiration. I've had colouring on kraft/crumbcake on my list for quite some time now, so this was the perfect opportunity, h ere's what I was inspired to create.... there may also have been some influence from the morning I spent moving mulch in the garden! It was so relaxing colouring this image from Accented Blooms with my Watercolour Pencils, colouring then using a Blender pen to mix the colours, then to really make things pop I went back over with the white pencil, it made a huge impact, really giving depth to the image. Hello, welcome back! Today the Tutorial Bundle Design Team have some more creations and inspirations for you to enjoy! I've been absent for a few days after getting struck down with a nasty virus, and among other things seriously lost my crafting mojo, but I've turned the corner and got back in my craft room and created another project with the limited time Blended Seasons Bundle for you. The stitched framelits in this bundle are A-M-A-zing! So beautifully shaped, and they are stitched on each side, so you also have a lovely shaped edge on your "negative" die cut to use too! I used the largest framelit to cut a panel for my card today, then I raised it on dimensionals. It's that time again, the Ink it! Stamp it team is back to share creations and inspiration with you, this month we all have a technique to share with you. My project started out with me going to share colour blending with water pencils, and then I also ended up with fussy cut layers, a 2nd technique for you!   I've used 3 new exciting limited edition products for my project: Blended Seasons Stamp Set Stitched Seasons Framelits Water colour pencils - 10 new colours Continuing with my DSP personal challenge I've used the wood grain pattern from Natures Poem for my background, now for the fun... how gorgeous is that stitched framelit, there are 3 different sizes in the framelit pack and they cut with stitching on both sides of the cut too, they are WOW to say the least! Part of what I love about our blog hops is choosing a project to CASE - Copy and Selectively Edit, today I decided the below card by Lea: I love the layout of Lea's card, the flower popping out around the sentiment, and the layers (I just love layers) and that cute bow! Here's my take on Lea's project: I've used the Cottage Greetings set to create my card, I'm sad to see it is retiring, the flowers are so cute, and I adore the the font of the sentiments too. I've used watercolour pencils with a blender pen to colour the flowers - it was very relaxing.  The stamping did take some time, but that is the control freak in me....
