I am sharing the Love today with the Global Design Project Theme! I wanted to use colours that weren't specifically feminine, this is always a challenge for me I find masculine cards quite difficult, but I think today's project could cater for either with Basic Black and Whisper White, spiced up with Cherry Cobbler for passion!   I started off with a simple enough plan, then decided to mix it up by making a fun fancy fold Lever Card Pop over to #DGP019 and share the Love! I love the simplicity of Black and White, but often forget to use it! I got a bit excited when I saw the current challenge at Stamp ink Paper: I didn't have to think very long at all for my "pop of colour" - of course it would be a shade of PINK!   I broke out my new pack of Brights and went straight for Melon Mambo, it looks fantastic with the basic black and white colour scheme, and You Little Furball stamp set is just perfect for stamping in black! The inspiration for my blog today is from Paper Players challenge #259 - I don't  usually blog during the week as I don't have much time with work commitments, but I managed to squeeze this one in! My daughter has been asking about Halloween ever since I bought a skeleton cookie cutter last weekend - when I saw the 2 circles I thought of the moon and shadows that are in so many Halloween pictures, and I went from there......... I used Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie (after all this is a Halloween card!) from the "Brights" collection.   You Little Furball is such a cute stamp set, so many combinations - I just couldn't resist using it on this card.    There is also a sneak peek of from the new SU Holiday Catalogue - not long now, its released on 1st Sept!
