Welcome to the Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with special guest Billie Moan from Tennessee, you may be familiar with her blog Rambling Rose Studio . Billies' creations are just gorgeous, so choosing a project to CASE - Copy and Selectively Edit wasn't an easy task! I love layers and Billie's water colouring is stunning, however I decided on this card:  I was taken by the simplicity and challenged myself to make CAS card - I have an issue with knowing when to stop! Here is my finished project I swapped things around a bit, I die cut an mounted my sentiment, and stamped the images directly onto the card. My flowers are from the Flower Patch set (sadly on the retiring list), and I used the Banners for You Bundle for the sentiment. I just had to add a "Billie Bow", click here to see how this amazing bow is created and also a great tip on thread storage - I used gold metallic thread, a little fiddly but what a great effect! I was ask to make a special card for an 18th Birthday - I decided a "Fun Fold" was in order! I saw an adorable Tri-step card whilst crusing Pinterest on the train the other morning, and it was the inspiration for this 18th Birthday Card. The Number of Years  stamp set and co-ordinating Large Number Framelits  are perfect for a special "age" card - well actually, you can make any birthday or anniversary special with these!   They are available as a Bundle  Bundle til 31st May 2016, after that the items are still available but will need to be purchased separately. I have such exciting news that accompanies today's post - I have been invited to join the WWYS (What Will You Stamp) as a Design Team member! You could have knocked me over with a feather, the invite was such a wonderful surprise; I'd like to say thank you to Kylie Bertucci for all the help and encouragement she has given me, I wouldn't be blogging without her! For those of you that don't know, the WWYS Challenge blog highlights a different stamp set from Stampin’ Up! each week. This week we are showcasing Flower Patch. I've taken a slightly different approach to what I thought I would with this set, I've created a beautiful Peacock using the stamps and framlits from this set: Can you see how I used the stamps to create the feathers!  I used Iridescent Ice embossing powder to give that lovely shimmer, and the Owl Punch to create the "eyes" on the tail.
