Miss Pinks Craft Spot

Every now and again I like to do a CAS (Clean & Simple) card.... don't get me wrong, I love layers and die cuts, but there is something to be said for clean and simple design.  I've taken inspiration for this card from this weeks challenge at Freshly Made Sketches I've used a soon to retire Field of Flowers for the stamping, using Pretty Peacock and Magenta Madness to catch the eye. A little heat embossing for "believe" and a touch of bling with rhinestones and the card was complete, a quick and easy creation that still has a wow factor. In the up coming weeks I will be sharing with you creations using some of my favourite stamp sets that have been announced as retiring to make way for the new Annual catalogue coming on May 4th 2021. Today I've used Terracotta Tile with stamping of  Buffalo Check , with a phrase from Fancy Phrases , with die cuts from Nested Stitched Dies, embossed with the Subtle 3D embossing folder .... all retiring. I also incorporated a sentiment die from Flowering Vine Dies and cluster of gorgeous flowers from the True Love DSP. Relax! the weekend is upon us! I thought I'd have some more fun with DSP from Pampered Pets suite. I decided to off set my mats on angles to make things look a little bit more "crazy & out of control".  How cute is the little guy who looks like he has just been startled, not at all unlike my Rimmer (he's a bit skitzy as our Bengal doesn't really like  him) Did you see my cards from earlier this week along the same theme?
