Charming Countryside Inn

Hi crafters!  I pulled together a quick card today using the Countryside Inn DSP. The cute foxes made me think of a baby card, so I added a sentiment from Charming Sentiments, some twine and just like that my card was finished! The new Annual Catalogue is here! You can check out all the products in my online store  HERE Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. Welcome back to Berry Burst with Cheerful Daisies

Hello my crafty friends, I'm playing along with this weeks  TGIF colour challenge which features Berry Burst (so excited this colour has returned), Petal Pink and Basic Black. I started by using Artistic Mix Decorative Masks, blending Black lightly on my card front, once I'd finished blending I trimmed down so the checks were symmetrical and added the Scalloped edge before adhering to the card base. Now for some fun, die cutting and laying images from the Cheerful Daisies bundle, I'm super happy with the triple layers. The embossed effect from the die cut is beautiful, adding detail and texture to your cut image. The sentiment is from a retired set, but the border die framing it is part of the bundle. Now I'm all set for Mother's Day next week when I see my mum. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. Hello there with Natures Prints

Happy weekend crafty friends!  Last Saturday I went to a demonstrator catch up in Adelaide, it was lovely to see fellow demos in a face to face environment. I wanted to share the swaps I made for the day with you, and yes of course they feature pink! I've used the Nature's Prints stamp set and coordinating dies in my design. I started by blending ink to the top left of the card front once I had all pieces blended I laid them out on my kitchen bench and 'flicked' water  over them. While the card fronts were drying I made the die cuts, again blending Basic White cardstock with ink - I found it easier to blend the ink then pop the die cut image after.  I worked out the position of the wreath on the card and stamped the sentiment using my Stamparatus, then adhered the card front to base and added the wreath, trimming the edge. Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I ...

Color Fusers Blog Hop May 2023

Hello everyone, it's the beginning of a new month, so that means it's time for this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, is all about the new 2023-2025 InColors! There is also a colour refresh, so lots of new colours are on there way, but today I am super excited to try out Moody Mauve, my favourite from this group. I've done 2 tone stamping so you can see first and second generation colours of Moody Mauve using the Two-Tone Flora stamp set, as well as blending the ink on to Moody Mauve cardstock using a Artistic Mix Decorative mask . As you can see Moody Mauve is stunning in both a pastel (2nd generation stamping) as well as full depth. I've combined with Basic Grey...... I may have done a booboo with my pre-order and missed Pebbled Path; but based on the sample of Pebbled Path I have, it would be perfect companion for Mood Mauve  To finish I added "thanks" from Sentimental Park , and some Basic Rhinestones for just a touch of bling. Be su...
