It's Your Day! Hip Hip Hooray!

Today I am continuing to celebrate the beginning of a New Year - Hip Hip Hooray!


I just love the It's My Party DSP - it is so bright and cheerful.  I just love the co-ordingating colours Mint Macaron and Melon Mambo, and today decided to have a play with Crushed Curry - not my normal scene, but never the less I had a fun time making this celebration card.

The sentiment is from the Party with Cake stamp set, but wait there's more; there is a special surprise just wait to pop up and cheer you on when you open this card!


How gorgeous is this - its the new Party Pop-up's thinlet die - so easy to use and gives your card special something!  I also used some It's My Party Washi Tap to soften the edge of the card.

Thank you for everything Hues of Happiness

Hello crafty friends, I'm using one of my favourite layouts today with the simply gorgeous Hues of Happiness DSP . I decided to make the card using Pool Party cardstock to complement the blue flowers in a bed of purples, I think it turned out lovely. I added detail to the card front by using the Scalloped edge from the Scalloped Contours Dies , and heat embossed a sentiment in silver from the Color & Contour stamp set .  To finish I added a touch of bling with Rhinestone  Basic Jewels .
