Crazy Crafters Blog Hop | Thoughtful Branches

Welcome to the Crazy Crafters Thoughtful Branches Blog Hop.  Today we are showcasing the limited edition Thoughtful Branches set, be sure to pop around to view all the wonderful creations from the team.

I decided that I would challenge myself with making a Pop Up Z-fold card with the set - I must admit I wasnt a fan of this fancy fold until I saw an amazing creation on Pinterest by Brownyn Eastley, then I just had to give it a go, so without further ado here is my project

I've fallen in love with the pine trees in the Thoughtful Branches Bundle; today I have heat embossed with White Embossing Powder and Dazzling Dazzling diamonds glitter to give a snow touched effect - it doesn't snow where I live but it has been a long cold winter, I would love to see snow and make the cold worth while!  The "rolling hills" stamp gives a lovely effect too, and I trimmed my card stock in line with the hills.

The sky is sponged with Soft Sky, the mask for the cloud is from the Tree Builder Punch.

This amazing bundle is only available while stocks last in August, you'll have to get in quick as I'm sure you don't want to miss out.

Take the time to hop all the way around our Crazy Crafters hop and see all the incredible ideas, and if you have a chance please leave a comment, we love receiving comments and I would love it if you could pin my cards! You are currently on my blog - Sue Vine, check who is below me and that is where to head to next! Thank you for everything Hues of Happiness

Hello crafty friends, I'm using one of my favourite layouts today with the simply gorgeous Hues of Happiness DSP . I decided to make the card using Pool Party cardstock to complement the blue flowers in a bed of purples, I think it turned out lovely. I added detail to the card front by using the Scalloped edge from the Scalloped Contours Dies , and heat embossed a sentiment in silver from the Color & Contour stamp set .  To finish I added a touch of bling with Rhinestone  Basic Jewels . Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and helps to keep my blog and YouTube channel running. Fancy Folds Stampers Showcase - Hues of Happiness Circle Easel Card

Hello there crafters! You are going to love today's Stamper Showcase Blog Hop - we are all featuring FUN FOLDS, I just love a fun fold, I should really do more of them! I decided to a Circle Easel Card, it's a smaller card, but I think you will agree is just super cute, and with the Hues of Happiness DSP is just Gorgeous! This card is a relatively simple for a fun fold and comes together very quickly - I think I spent more time doing the floral arrangement than the actual fun fold itself. I took advantage of being able to die cut images directly from the Hues of Happiness DSP - I love it when we can do this with DSP, and aren't the flowers just stunning! I took 3 different flowers and some foliage and arranged to fit within the Basic White Circle cut from the largest circle die in Layering Circles Dies set, and the largest scallop die is used for the coloured section of the card. To create the card base you need to fold a piece of card stock and positon the largest die slig...

Color Fusers Blog Hop May 2024

It's time for this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, our colors include Pebbled Path, Bubble Bath and Moody Mauve - perfect colours for a Mother's Day Card! I've used the new Attention Shoppers Bundle for my design - a super fun set with a mix of font and cute pictures that can be mixed and matched to be used for so many occasions. I added some InColor DSP and cut the feature circle using the online exclusive  Everyday Details Dies  - they are just amazing, I missed them being released due to being so busy at work - so take it from me, make sure you keep an eye on the Online Exclusives released each March, July and November. I decided on a "wash of colour" using Stampin' Blends then die cut with the coordinating dies. After stamping the sentiment I adhered the 3 die cut images and finished by adding a touch of bling with Silver ribbon and Basic Rhinestones. Color Fusers Blog Hop November 2024

Welcome to this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, we are featuring the some old favorites of mine - Berry Burst, Azure Afternoon and Fresh Freesia. My creation was inspired by the fact that we had our Christmas Pageant this weekend, and that I love making Christmas cards in non traditional colours. I started by blending our featured colours in the bottom right of the card front, then I "flicked" with some water and let dry before heat embossing the sentiment from the Decorative Trees bundle. This bundle has a variety of tree dies, I chose the one with snowflakes and adhered over the blended colours, to finish I added some rhinestones for that special sparkle that Christmas brings. Color Fusers Blog Hop July 2024

Hello July! and welcome to this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, we are featuring the Black, White and a colour of our choice. Well, I just happened to have Pretty in Pink on my desk from another project, and being pink, that became the colour of my choice! I started by grabbing a blending brush and applying Pretty in Pink, then run my fingers under the tap and splattered water onto the pink - the longer you leave the water the more colour it draws out from the card stock. When the card front had dried completely I stamped the butterfly and sentiment from Sketched Butterflies , adding splatters with a Stampin Write marker and the "splatter" stamp from Layering Leaves . To finish I splattered some Wink of Stella and added some rhinestones for that touch of bling!
