Welcome to the March 2019 All Star Tutorial Team blog hop, I hope your are ready for some crafty inspiration from all around the world.
I cut into another piece of the beautiful Botanical Butterfly DSP for my card today, I was thinking of my grandmothers when creating this card, both for the colour and the floral design.
When I create cards, I naturally apply the same rules - and when you are layering/matting your project it is the perfect opportunity to make the most of a piece of card stock, and you can't even tell!
Watch the quick clip below to see how I made the most of my layers.
I hope you've enjoyed my creation, be sure to work your way through the list below to see all the amazing creations from the All Stars team, don't miss out on any of these blog posts today as I know you are going to get inspiration! You are currently visiting Sue Vine at MissPinksCraftSpot

It's no secret that I struggle to cut into my DSP,... so you wouldn't be surprised when I say I also tend to "hold onto" card stock scraps too! I was raised with a "waste not, want not" pholosphy, my mum always had left over material when she did dressmaking, and taught me to lay patterns to get the most out of the piece of material.

Hi Sue, I am new to SU, Became a demonstrator in January and this is my first blog hop. I love your card. Purple is DEFINITELY my favourite colour. I love how you have put the die cuts behind the main section, it is very effective. Can’t wait to look through your blog a bit more.
