Wow! where has the week gone, how can it be Thursday already? Following on from the weekend creation session with my daughter, here is the card.
I've used some of the gorgeous Bird Ballad DSP for my background - to dress it up a little I used the scallop edge die from the Be Mine die set.
The sentiment and inner phrase is from the Special Celebrations stamp set, I really like the mixture of fonts for this birthday occasion.
I carried the scalloped edge and floral theme to the inside of the card too, and mask and stamped the leaves, and added the small one freehand - super impressed with my freehand efforts, even if I must say so myself!
Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. If you live in Australia and don't already have a demonstrator I'd love love to be yours.
I stamped my image then die cut with an oval stitched framelit and coloured with Stampin Blends, then layered on a scalloped oval and to make it pop added a plain black oval before adding a cute polka dot bow for bling.
