It's the last Friday of the month, that means it's Ink it! Stamp it! time again. This month we are sharing 3D themed inspiration, and I decided to give some Origami a go!
I'm over the moon with my 5 pointed Origami Star - I was apprehensive at first as to how long this creation would take, but after my "test run" with plain paper I actually made this star in a jiffy.
I made the star using a 6 x 6 inch piece of Pressed Petals Designer Series Paper, which means I can get 4 stars out of one sheet. The finished star measures 9 cm/3.5 inches from one star point across to another.
I'm still deciding if I will add some Shimmer Paint for sparkle, I think I will see how it looks on the tree first, and I add if I choose too :)
