With the retirement list being released this week, it has made my think of using some stamp sets before they are no longer available, I've combined a bundle and sentiment from another set for todays card, with some embellishment too.
The Birds & Branches stamp set with coordinating Birds & More dies are simply delicately adorable, I'be used them many times, and they never fail to disappoint me. The delicate detail in the edge & circle die are so sweet, and give a feminine touch with ease.
I stamped the birds Blushing Bride and Sahara Sand. The background is Just Jade with Misty Moonlight applied to a separate layer of cardstock with Blending Brushes, before being adhered to behind the circle cut out.
There is no sentiment with Birds & Branches, and with things the way they have been for the past couple of years, the sentiment from the Positive Thoughts stamp set really stood out to me.
To finish I added ribbon from the Flowers for Every Season combo, and some Holiday Rhinestones - all also retiring.
