Hello crafty friends, it's been a lovely cool weekend in comparison to past weeks, and I was lucky to have the house to myself this morning and felt the need to get inky.
I was sorting through my desk, and saw my Beautiful Butterflies Bundle, no need to look further, this is one of my favourite sets from the mini catalogue.
The suite has gorgeous Beautiful Bokeh DSP and coordinating Itty Bitty Bokeh Mix, so me and my need for bling decided I just had to incorporate the Bokeh Mix into my slimline design.
I used a Blending Brush with Blueberry Bushel, Gorgeous Grape and Berry Burst, then splattered the card base with water - this is one of my "go to" techniques lately and works perfectly when adding lots of bling as with today's card.
I die cut the butterflies from Thick Basic White cardstock and adhered, the added the Bokeh Mix for that touch of bling that I adore.
Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.
