Welcome to this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! This month, we are featuring Lemon Lime Twist, Balmy Blue and Gorgeous Grape - I'd totally forgotten about Lemon Lime Twist.... but the colour of this ink is my inspiration.
Maybe, just a twist of Lime I thought as I looked at the new Online Exclusive Cheers & Sips.......
My husband purchased a "slushy machine before summer, and it has had quite a workout over the past few months - and believe it or not these colours are just some of the flavours we have enjoyed (Fruit Tingle, Midori Illusion and Margarita mix).
To create the drink colours I applied ink to a stamping block, spritzed with water then placed the block onto cardstock. Once dry I stamped the cup outline and then die cut. In the theme of the stampset, I hand drew the stick for the umbrella and the edge outline on the base.
