Welcome - this is my third project for the Flurry of Wishes Bundle that I have featured this week.
I found myself with some extra time this afternoon as my daughter's Sports Day was shortened due to heat - so I took the opportunity to incorporate this card into the Mojo Monday challenge.
This worked perfectly as this card's dimensions are not your standard size, but wait that's not all that isn't standard; have a look at the inside of the card - surprise its a form of pop up card!
Technique:
I saw the card concept by CraftyCarolineCreates - I knew straight away that I wanted to hang a snowflake in the box window, I just had to give it a go. It is a great design as it folds flat for posting too.
I used the same glitter technique as on my first card - I just love the heat and stick powder for attaching Dazzling Diamonds to my project, I added a gem and swirled some silver cord trim.
I scored around the edge of the card front instead of adding a layer of cardstock, it is a simple and effective alternative.
Colour Combo:
Bermuda Bay and Soft Sky on Whisper White
Flurry of Wishes Bundle:
Flurry of Wishes is a photopolymer stamp set with the coordinating Snow Flurry punch. The punch has the bonus of 2 for 1 - two snowflakes that come on one stamp so they are perfectly lined up every time! The largest snowflake also pairs with the Flower Medallion punch. There are also 3 sentiments
