At first I was stumped at what I could create for:
I don't have any farm themed stamps, so I started thinking punch art.... I scrolled through the Design Teams creations, saw Jessica's Barn and yes I had the full idea in my head..... now the problem of how to make a punch art chicken!
I found some amazing inspiration on Pinterest for punch art animals, after many attempts and variations I was finally happy with my chicken!
Her base is created using the Owl Punch, I used DSP that resembled feathers, and cut the heart to make the tail and beak. A small flower punch for her neck ruffle and a leaf punch for her the top of her head!
The barn is cut using the Baker's Box thinlit die and used the awesome Hardwood stamp punch for the Barn walls using Early Espresso on Cherry Cobbler - I love how this colour combo turned out.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing my creation; I love reading your wonderful positive comments, til next time,
