Freshly Made Sketches has a wonderful challenge this week - the layout can make for a quick and simple card in no time with the use of co-ordinating DSP:
Calypso Coral is so bright and cheerful, and I love the combination with Olive Green and Very Vanilla; the best thing about the SU range is that the DSP co-ordinates perfectly with cardstock and inks.
To add that little bit extra detail I used the corner edging from the Tin of Cards stamp set along with the Happy Birthday sentiment.
I used my stamp-a-ma-jig to place the edging, I love how this turned out.
Thanks for dropping by today, I hope you have found some inspiration for a quick and simple card with clean lines. Thank you for your encouraging comments, until next time,

I decided that I would use the lovely "Pretty Petals" Designer Series Paper, and was able to use one of my favourite colours in the process, what do you think?

Very cute! I love the doodle-style border around the sentiment. Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
