Welcome to the Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with special guest Janneke de Jong from the Netherlands. Janneke's blog Happy Stampin' is full of amazing projects, I decided to CASE the card below - I was drawn in by the colours (haha, pink, funny that!) and also the combination of the positive and negative die cuts.
I don't have the Special Reason Bundle that Janneke used for her card, so I have improvised and used Falling Flowers Bundle, here is what I have come up with:
I used clear embossing powder to stamp the flowers then water coloured using Watermelon Wonder and Delightful Dijon from the 2014-2016 In Colour suite as well as the sentiments from Dragonfly Dreams are stamped in Tip Top Taupe.
Unlike Stylish Stems the May Flower framelits don't come in 2 pieces, so the detailed die cuts "fully cut" the image. I adhered the die cut to the coloured cardstock and then raised the Whisper White layer with dimensionals. Lastly I added some bakers twine, I love how twine is so forgiving when it comes to tying bows!
Be sure you hop all the way around our Crazy Crafters hop and see all the incredible creations, and if you have a chance please leave a comment, we love receiving comments!
