Hello and welcome to the Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with special guest Sarah Fleming from Texas. You may be familiar with her blog Prepare to Dye Papercrafts. After viewing so many wonderful creations by Sarah I finally decided on the below project as I wanted to try another variation of water colour backgrounds, and also because the emboss resist technique is one of my favourites:
I decided to break out the flowers and foliage from the Feather Friends Hostess set, choosing 3 of the designs to create my white embossed background, then the fun began, applying the ink with an aqua painter.
I started with Pink Pirouette and Berry Burst, then Flirty Flamingo to brighten, and lastly a touch of Rich Razzleberry - the colours blended beautifully on the water colour paper.
Take your time to hop all the way around our Crazy Crafters hop and see all the incredible creations, and if you have a chance please leave a comment, we love receiving comments!
