Welcome to a very special blog hop today, one that is reaching out for a great cause. To increase understanding and acceptance of people with autism, thousands of landmarks, homes and businesses in more than 150 countries will be lit blue on April 2, marking the start of World Autism Month and Autism Speaks' month-long Light It Up Blue campaign. Here is the card that I made today
In the early years of my daughter's schooling she shared good times with a fellow student who is autistic, he is a lovely boy with many amazing qualities. With the help and support of the school and his class mates he too enjoys school just like my daughter. The uniqueness of each individual with autism makes the experience of raising a child with autism different for each family.
Join us today by continuing through the hop and show your support and acceptance for people with autism.
