I took heed and used Archival not Memento ink for my watercolour experiment - water colouring is a bit of a nemesis for me, I love cards I see, but I so struggle with the "randomness" of it!
My project wasn't as adventurous as I hoped it might have been, but it is a start, and I am happy with the "random" background behind the flowers. I'm also feeling a little more comfortable with the technique - as they say, "Rome wasn't built in a day" so I will keep persisting and working on it!
I added some droplets of water using embellishments for a touch of bling, and used my daughters favouite 2016-2018 In Color for the Emerald Envy card base. The gorgeous sentiment is from the new Love What You Do Stamp set - LOVE, LOVE LOVE this set, and it is currently available in 3 different Early Release Bundles (each with a FREEBIE) so you don't have to wait til June to order.
Products Used:
Falling Flowers Stamp set (and May Flower dies for masking)
Love What You Do (sentiment)
2016-2018 In Colours (4 colours retiring May 31st) and Old Olive
Water colour paper
Emerald Envy Cardstock
Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes (retiring May 31st)
Glitter Enamel Dots (retiring May 31st)
