Make a Difference #WWYS173

Welcome back to What Will You Stamp?  This week we are show casing the wonderfully versatile set Make a Difference, if you are thinking the font looks familiar, you are right, it coordinates with Love What You Do stamp set (which we showcased in WWYS171)

The great thing about this set is that you can create any sentiment that you want or need = YAY! I had a special request for an 80th birthday, so this set was just perfect for the occasion.

The set contains 143 images and is photopolymer, making it easy to align the letters when creating your "personal" sentiment.

My plan was simple.... I knew I needed 80th Birthday & flowers, and I had the gorgeous Share What You Love DSP, so I had a plan..... that's where simple ended as somewhere along the way Botanical Bliss Framelits and the Floral Frames bundle found there way into my project too!

There are may details and elements in this Card in a Box, I admit it, I went a little crazy playing with lots of new toys in BBB (Big Brown Box) that arrived:
  • The background is embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder - and I love it, how wonderful is that texture
  • I layered 3 of the same die cuts with the birdies from Botanical Tags to create the back feature element
  • the side panels use the large flower also from the Botanical Tags Framelits
  • the focal 80th arrangement features the Foliage Frame Framelits - I did a little fussy cutting with the flowers too.
  • The "additional foliage is from both framelit sets
  • 80th is stamped using Make a Difference
  • and Happy Birthday is from Beautiful Bouquet - I used the masking technique to separate the words to put 80th in the middle - and look how the Make a Difference font coordinates with this set too! Winner!
WOW, what a list when you write it all down! Like I said, the end card isn't what I originally had in mind, but as soon as I saw the little birdies I couldn't resist putting them my Card in a Box, and everything went from there!

Fancy Folds Stampers Showcase - Hues of Happiness Circle Easel Card

Hello there crafters! You are going to love today's Stamper Showcase Blog Hop - we are all featuring FUN FOLDS, I just love a fun fold, I should really do more of them! I decided to a Circle Easel Card, it's a smaller card, but I think you will agree is just super cute, and with the Hues of Happiness DSP is just Gorgeous! This card is a relatively simple for a fun fold and comes together very quickly - I think I spent more time doing the floral arrangement than the actual fun fold itself. I took advantage of being able to die cut images directly from the Hues of Happiness DSP - I love it when we can do this with DSP, and aren't the flowers just stunning! I took 3 different flowers and some foliage and arranged to fit within the Basic White Circle cut from the largest circle die in Layering Circles Dies set, and the largest scallop die is used for the coloured section of the card. To create the card base you need to fold a piece of card stock and positon the largest die slig...

Thank you for everything Hues of Happiness

Hello crafty friends, I'm using one of my favourite layouts today with the simply gorgeous Hues of Happiness DSP . I decided to make the card using Pool Party cardstock to complement the blue flowers in a bed of purples, I think it turned out lovely. I added detail to the card front by using the Scalloped edge from the Scalloped Contours Dies , and heat embossed a sentiment in silver from the Color & Contour stamp set .  To finish I added a touch of bling with Rhinestone  Basic Jewels . Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month. I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and helps to keep my blog and YouTube channel running. Color Fusers Blog Hop August 2025

Welcome to this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop! Today we are creating with Darling Duckling, Basic Grey and Basic White. I had the Impressions Abloom bundle on my desk, and when looking at the colours immediately thought of daisies, next I reached for my Fancy Border dies.  I cut the border in all 3 colours and layered to create an extra layer of interest into my design. I simply adore the tiny flowers in the bundle, a great alternative to add and element instead of my signature rhinestones, but I did add a hint of silver bling with some offcuts of ribbon that were on my desk - waste not, not want and my mother always said to me when she taught me dress making! ESAD Holiday Catalogue Fancy Folds & 3D Projects

Welcome to the ESAD Holiday Catalogue Fancy Folds & 3D project Blog Hop. We're so excited to share our creations with you and we're certain that you will find great tips and inspiration from all our creations. The full lineup below will help you move along the hop, so grab a cuppa and enjoy! I've created a project using one of my favourite fun folds - a "z-fold", using the Snowflakes Sentiments Bundle The thinlits give the card lots to detail, and did take a bit of time to put together, but hey if I'm honest I overthink the the placement of the swirls and snowflake sentiments like 3 - 4 times before I stick them down, hahaha!, but I must say every minute was worth it, I am really happy with the finished card. Perfect Plum made the perfect companion for Soft Sky and Marina Mist and I also designed the height of the card so that when it folds flat it will fit in a normal C6 envelope Thanks so much for stopping by. I hop...

Color Fusers Blog Hop July 2025

Welcome to this month's Color Fusers Monthly Blog Hop!  This month, we are creating with Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler and Smokey Slate - colours that are not up the front of my palette if I am honest, so this was a challenge for me! I broke out one of my newest bundles - Impressions Abloom, I was fascinated with the dies, so that became my starting point, lots and lots of flowers and foliage were cut. The dies are made so that you can either cut the stamped images or die cut with detail as I have done for my card. I love layering, so I really enjoyed creating the arrangement with all the die cuts, I finished by adding some bling with jeweled rhinestones and a small butterfly (from Beautiful Butterfly dies).
