Welcome to todays Crazy Crafter Special Guest Blog Hop, we have the great pleasure to be CASEing Dena Rekow from the United States, I love Dena's creations and tutorials - you many have visited her at The Creativity Cave.
When I saw Dena's card, I fell in love with the double stamping, and decided to CASE (Copy and Selectively Edit) this element. Here's what I was inspired to create...
I don't normally post projects from an upcoming catalogue so early (in this case the Occasions Catalogue, pre order available to Demonstrations from 5th Dec, and customer purchases from 3rd January 2019), but I got sooooo excited with my weekend delivery of Product Purchase Premiere from OnStage I couldn't resist.
This stamp set is called Beauty Abounds, and is a bundle with an absolutely gorgeous butterfly die cut (stay tuned for projects with that - there will be many, it's stunning).
After stamping using Crumb cake colour select parts of the stamped images with Old Olive, Soft Sea Foam and Melon Mambo using an Aqua Painter, then apply a soft layer of shimmer using Vegas Gold (I mixed with a little rubbing alcohol). I love my bling, so a little Metallic Thread and Pearls later and my card was finished.
Get comfortable and work your way through the list below to see all the amazing creations inspired by Dena, I can't wait to see what the rest of the team has to show you, don't miss out on any of these blog posts today as I know you are going to get inspiration!
