Hello and welcome to this months Stampin' Dreams blog hop, this month we have a THROWBACK THURSDAY theme.
I took inspiration and decided CASE (copy and selectively edit) a card a made back in February 2016, wow that's almost 6 years ago, wowzers - where does time go!
I've used paper from the Friendly Hello Sale-a-bration bundle, and the flowers and sentiment from Hand-Penned Petals.
I drew a pencil grid to mark the centre of the card and the masking technique to do "half" of the floral arrangement, then turned, mask the other side and stamped to achieve a wreath of flowers (it's a tad messy under the sentiment, but that's ok it is hidden).
The colour theme is quite different to the original card, with Shaded Spruce, Fresh Freesia & Pale Papaya. I used the Laying Circle dies for the sentiment and mounted on Dimensionals, and of course there is a touch of bling with Rhinestone Jewels.
I hope you enjoyed your visit and I've got you thinking about a card you would like to recreate - be sure to continue through the hop for more inspiration - you are currenly viewing Sue Vine - MissPinksCraftSpot:
