Crazy Crafters Blog Hop | Special Guest Patty Bennett

Welcome to the Crazy Crafters Blog Hop for Febraury 2016, we have the great pleasure to have Patty Bennett as special guest.

This month our theme is "Inspired by Patty", our task - to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) one of Patty's projects. I absolutely adore the Flowering Fields stamp set, so the project below was my call to CASE:

Stampin' Up! Flowering Fields notecards with Wink of Stella coloring technique by Patty Bennett. Wildflower Fields designer paper accents.

I love how Patty has combined stamping and Designer Series paper, separating the elements with the ribbon or washi tape. Here is my Patty inspired project:

My project features 2 of the amazing Sale-a-Bration products, Flowering Fields Stamp set and Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper. I used Basic Black Archival to stamp the images and Aqua Painters to colour - I had a burst of inspiration and created a 2nd card!

Can you see the Wink of Stella on the water colouring? It has an amazing shimmer in real life, but is a tad difficult to photograph! The sentiments are from the One Big Meaning set available in the Annual Catalogue.

I would love it if you could pin my cards! Thank you so much to Patty Bennett for your time and inspiration. So make sure you hop all the way around our Crazy Crafters hop and see all the incredible ideas, and if you have a chance please leave a comment, we love receiving comments. Hand-Penned Thanks

Hello crafty friends, todays card is for Kylie's Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop, our  Blog Hop Theme: Thank you This month I will be treating my customers with a thank you card featuring the Hand-Penned Suite.  Below is one of the Thank You cards you may receive when shopping with me this month - May 2021. This is one of my "go to" layouts when using DSP, and dressed up with the gorgeous scalloped edge die it has wow and comes together in a jiffy. After stamping the sentiment (I wish I could write like this) all that is left to do is  adhering scalloped edged card fronts by popping them up on dimensionals, then a touch of bling with rhinestones. So if live in Australia, and would like to receive a Hand Penned Thank You card from Sue Vine - simply place an order with me this month! Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Continue through the list below of fellow demonstrators who are all working on building our businesses and having fun

Art Gallery Painted Texture - All Star Tutorial Blog Hop Jan 2021

Hello and welcome to my first post for the year, and also to join me with the new All Star Tutorial Design Team Blog Hop. I've fallen in love with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder, so I've made a card for today featuring this as well as the images and die cuts from the Art Gallery Bundle. The flowers are a 2 stamp process, I've used Petal Pink with Calypso Coral (stamped off once).  I stamped the base image twice and trimmed the flowers off so as to get the Soft Sea Foam leaves. Lastly I added a touch of bling with Champagne Rhinestones.  Be sure to continue through the list below to see more creations from the Flowers for Every Season Suite from the design team: Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Stay tuned for more inspiration and tips this month.  I’ve listed the products I used below, just click on the picture and be taken directly to the product.  I truly appreciate your support, it inspires me to keep crafting and helps to keep

Celebrate Sunflowers

I can't believe it's October, another month has gone by, on the plus side we are closed to the end of 2020, and a new All Star Tutorial Bundle is available. This month we are showcasing the Flowers for Every Season suite, I've been using the Celebrate Sunflowers bundle for my creations. I made this card with a recipient in mind, so that's why the non traditional flower colour theme, but to be honest I think it looks great. I purposely left some of the die cut pieces in the flowers to an extra hint of Coastal Cabana contrast to the Bermuda Bay background. I used a Stampin Marker to underline the sentiment, and of course I had to add a little bling, just a hint of Metallic Mesh Ribbon behind the banner and some shimmer paint for the centre of the sunflowers. Love You Always - All Star Tutorial Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the All Star Tutorial Design Team Blog Hop featuring this month's suite - Love you Always. For today's card I've let the True Love Designer Series Paper do most of the work. After cutting the flowers, I added a light touch of colour with Blushing Bride and Soft Sea Foam then positioned under the double banner - I love how this banner has the indentations for folding to make it look more 3D. Lastly I added a touch of bling with Blushing Bride Metallic Ribon and Champagne Rhinestones.  Be sure to continue through the list below to see more creations from the Love You Always Suite from the design team: Thanks for visiting today, I hope you enjoyed viewing my project. Sending Smiles with Butterfly Bouquet

One of the fantastic things about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is that we get early access to catalogue items - just the Butterfly Bouquet Collection!  This means that we can show you our wonderful projects on the day that it released to customers.... TODAY! Isn't it just gorgeous, talk about want it all...... uhh, yes! I reframed from using DSP today and have focused on the beautiful die cuts. The set comes with both outline and detailed dies, so it's entirely up to you as to what you want to use, surprise, I couldn't choose, so stamped a couple of the smaller images to combine with a large diecut. I used blending brushes with Highland Heather and Seaside Spray, with the sentiment (from Many Messages) and butterfly detail stamped with Gray Granite. The background is courtesy of the Painted Texture 3D Embossing folder. Be sure to continue through the blog hop for more inspiration from Butterfly Bouquet.
