With the year of 2020, we have not had our normal Demonstrator events, but that hasn't stopped us - we have been participating in virtual events instead. So while we don't see each other in person, we can still have an experience from the comfort of our home.
One of the things that we do when going to OnStage events is "swaps". This is where we make an item and swap our sample with other demonstrators, it's a great way to share creativity.
I've participated in several swaps now, and I always end up part way through making them saying "why did I do this design", my first swaps I heat embossed my stamping, did a partial die cut, added additional die cuts..... all great when you are only making 1 or a few cards, but when you are doing 50+, not such a good idea, another year ink blending, oh yeah then there was intricate die cuts and bows (that was fun... not, what was I thinking?) so this year I should have thought it through, but no, yep I did it again with the die cuts, and "lets mount them on mini dimensionals".
On the positive side, I love my design, and I only did 10 cards for the team swap, not the multitudes for a live in person event, so I did have a small win, yay!
