Hello and welcome to this months Blogging Friends Hop, our theme this month..... "Anything but a Card!
My first thought of anything but a card was a treat box, but when reorganising my pantry I found inspiration with a Christmas Cookie tower.........so I've made a 3D project.
I used the 5 largest Stitched Stars Dies, and cut 3 of each (2 in one colour and 1 in a different tone), colours I used are Mossy Meadow, Garden Green, Old Olive, Granny Apple Green and Pear Pizzazz. Next I ran all the stars through the Old World Paper 3D Embossing folder to give them texture.
Then there was the assembly...... I used a flat button between each star with glue dots, or if the button was a bit concave a Dimensional, in hind-site using 3 dimensionals between each star may have been a better option as it would have given the tree a little more stability, but you learn as you create don't you :)
