Thanks for joining me today as I take part in a blog hop! with a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals we have set - I'm putting my hand up to say I've dropped the ball since COVID, and are trying to get "back on the wagon so to speak, so I really appreciate your support.
You may be starting here or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.
I've created what I think is a fun card that is bright and cheery, and I thought the sentiment was quite fitting as I've been a bit absent in the past few months.
One of the first things to catch my eye in the Hippo Happiness Stamp Set was the butterflies, I'm not sure I can say what it was exactly, but they are so cute, and I love the little swirly dotted trail they leave behind.
I used my new favourite pink... Magenta Madness along with other bright colours of Mango Melody and Highland Heather for my colour pop, but you can use what ever colours take your fancy to re-create this card. I used 1st and 2nd generation stamping with Balmy Blue above the flowers and 2nd generation stamping only at the top of the card.
