Well Wishes on the Stampin Friends Blog Hop

Hello, the Stampin Friends are on a Well Wishes/Pick Me up/Feel Good Blog Hop theme today - and to be honest, I think we all need a bit of a pick me up from time to time, just knowing some is thinking of you can make all the difference to someones day.

Butterflies (or flutterbys as I sometimes call them) always put a smile of my face, so I chose them as the fell good theme for my projects today.

I coloured the butterflies from Butterfly Gala with Mango Melody & Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends, then cut with the coordinating punch.

Next, I very lightly sponged some Highland Heather in the centre of my card base and then Balmy Blue, to add texture I embossed with the Old World Paper 3D Embossing folder - doesn't it give a fabulous effect! 

I made a "belly band" for my scented candle & holder, repeated the sponging and embossing before adhering a butterfly for sweet coordinating pick me up gift.
