Ombre Stampin' Dreams - Awash in Beauty

Hi there crafty friends, this months blog hop theme is OMBRE - one of my favourite effects, I just love seeing a colour going from light to dark. I was in a pinch for time as a storm is coming and I was running out of light for my photos, so I've used DSP for a "simple" Ombre design.

Like all Stampin' Up DSP, "side B" of the Awash in Beauty DSP is just as beautiful as side A, and of course I just loved this Polished Pink design when I saw it. The paper has subtle variations of Polished Pink behind the white images, just perfect for this blogs ombre theme.

I've used one of my "goto" layouts for quick cards and added stitched and scalloped edges with a Penned Flowers die to highlight the bright but soft design on the DSP. The sentiment is from the Go To Greetings stamp set, and I added some Glossy Dots to finish my quick ombre card.
