Playful Pals | Pink Lady Frog Pyramid Box

I have found a new level of cuteness for the Playful Pals Bundle  - Olive Green and Melon Mambo have never looked so good!   This is the first time I have tired the Pyramid Box Thinlet die, I saw a gorgeous frog posted on a Facebook forum which got me thinking.  It is very easy and I used less than half a sheet of A4 cardstock, including the frog legs.  I cut the heart for her lips from a scrap of Melon Mambo using the Owl Punch - super cute lips for the lovely Lady! There was a method to the madness of the crazy pink bow hair style that I made using Melon Mambo Satin Ribbon  ... and it's not just that I love Pink   I attached the "middle" to the back of the box with a mini glue dot to make it easy to open! I hope you have enjoyed viewing this project.  I would love to update you when I create a post! If you would like to receive an email from me when I do  Click Here . Let's Party! Playful Pals

Who wouldn't want to party if this little guy invited you? I've had this guy cut out and arranged for a while now, just didn't know when I would use him.  The Playful Pals set is full of endless possibilities - I've used 2 stamps to create his cute little feet, then cut out with the framelits.  The sentiment is stamped from the Party with Cake set. The layout of this card is based on this weeks Freshly Made Sketches challenge: Below are the products used to create my project: Remember if you use the current Hostess code displayed at the top of my blog at the check out and you will be eligible for a Thank You gift for for shopping with me  - Learn more  here  - be sure to click YES that you allow me as your demonstrator to contact you in your account settings otherwise I won't be able to forward your Thank You gift.  I would love to update you when I create a post! Playful Pals Baby Congrats

I've been back experimenting with Playful Pals again, today's featured Pal is cute little bunny! I am playing along with Pals Paper Arts sketch for this week I improvised with the bunny's head by cutting a 1.5 in circle, I stamped in Soft Slate, then after I silver embossed the sentiment from the Cottage Greeting stamp set decided that I would also emboss the bunny.... so I stamped and cut another!  The cute dotted background is stamped using the Playful Pals set too - I will be making use of that little stamp again for sure. I am just loving my Wink of Stella Glitter Brush - can you see the touch of glitter on bow? I hope you have enjoyed viewing my project today; below are the base products I used in my design: Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog Use the current Hostess code displayed at the top of my blog at the check out and you will be eligible for a Thank You gift for for shopping with me  - Learn more  here...

Playful Pals for a new addition

I'm back playing with Playful Pals from the Occasions Catalogue - this time I have focused on just stamping rather than using the thinlets too   This little duck is so cute, I thought the colourings would be just right to celebrate a new arrival of a little bundle of joy! The pond scene is stamped entirely using Playful Pals, being a photopolymer set makes it easy to line up and join the 2 stamps for the head and body I have used masking as well as sponging to create the pond, the reeds are made by just stamping the lower part of the tail stamp! I used the Tree Builder Punch for the clouds and sponged them with Soft Sky. The sentiment is comes from one of the Sale-A-Bration freebies called Perfect Pairings.  This set has 9 sentitments perfect for many occasions. I just adored how Rita interpreted this weeks challenge at Freshly Made Sketches, the clouds were a must for my card. I hope you have enjoyed viewing my project; I would love t...

Playful Pals - My Frog grew overnight!

Welcome back, yesterday I started to experiment with the new Playful Pals Stamp & Framelits, I think I am hooked - this morning I created another frog..... Not only did my frog grow overnight he changed colours too!    I have changed the colour from Pear Pizzazz to Old Olive.  I stamped and cut 2 of the body image and turned them on their side to create the body and head as separate pieces; he looks like he is sitting up now, I also gave him some front legs.  Below is my card from yesterday, click on the image to see the original post. Stay tuned for more - I don't think I will be able to leave this set alone now that I have started to create with it! I would love to update you when I create a post! Hello Playful Pals

I just love "Punch Art", your creativity can just run wild!  And today I have found another version of Punch Art with the Playful Pals Stamp and Framelit set     This bundle is available on January 5th - I was a bit overwhelmed at first, there are 50 stamps and 18 framelit dies in the bundle, so where to begin.   For some reason the frog legs jumped out at me - no pun intended!     I stamped and cut the legs eyes, fussy cut the body.  I started just moving the pieces around on my desk, and before I knew it I had crated my adorable little frog, I just love those big eyes! - but he needed something else.... a lily pad, I stamped the "solid" body stamp then fussy cut. The sentiment and sun are a Sale-A-Bration stamp set, also available January 5th. Challenge 217 at Freshly Made Sketches gave me inspiration for my layout. I hope you have enjoyed my project; I would love to update you when I create a post...
