Got lots of DSP? Create a Mini Album

I had the perfect excuse to try a project that's been on my list for sometime, you see, I watched a Facebook Live from fellow demonstrator about using DSP before it retires, that made me really think about my DSP "situation" Oh dear, Houston we have a problem ran through my head, I've had a desire to create an album for ages, but just not got around to it (watched lots of videos of how to though...hahaha), so I did it, I started small with a mini album, here's what I came up with using the Best Route Designer Series Paper. I used the design of a zig-zag album and converted measurements to metric, the inside pages were simple enough, but it was a little trial an error when I made the album front, but on the 2nd attempt it worked, yay I was on my way to cutting into DSP!  I used as many of the patterns as I could, and the great thing about Stampin' Up! Lift Your Spirits with Best Route

It's been ages since I've joined in on the fun at the Global Design Project , and this week I have made it over and taken advantage of the sketch to continue with my personal challenge of using Designer Series Paper on every card I make in July - so far I've managed 15 cards in 15 days! I took this challenge head on, and also created a masculine card - a nemesis for me, flowers, glitter and bling are much more natural to me, here is what I was inspired to create. The Best Route Designer Series Paper provided the backdrop for the air balloons from the Lift Me Up Stamp set , and I also used the coordinating Washi Tape too! I was surprised how quickly this came together - I have been looking at this paper for the past week with no luck of a creation, and then, bam there it was, yay!
